Thomas V. Sass, 80, of Brookfield, died on Jan. 19, 2020.
Born on Aug. 2, 1939, he worked in the construction field as a heavy equipment operator. He was a 50-year member of Local 150 Operating Engineers.
Mr. Sass was the husband of Karen A. Sass (nee Vukovich); the father of Mark (Kristin) Sass, Mary (Dan) Sass Sytko and the late Matthew Grogan; the grandfather of Lucas Grogan, Jessica Grogan, Joshua Sass, Julie Sass, Mason Amedeo, Stanley Sytko, Frank Sytko and Jack Sytko; the brother of Raymond Sass and Richard "Butch" (the late Patricia) Sass; the brother-in-law of Annette (the late Harold) Woodward; and the uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Services have been held.
Hitzeman Funeral Home, Brookfield, handled arrangements.
